Then I found out about coconut flour. this is seriously the best flour ever. you can make absolutely delicious bread , great muffins and the best cakes ever (that are good period, not good for being wheat free ). I found with a lot of the ” gluten free ” mixes.. they were all so bland. it felt as if they didnt have any nutritional value whatsoever because of all the starch.
