After two weeks of searching through gluten free products…I finally found a bread that my little Grace loves! And until I get all of the ingredients I need to m ake my own, it looks like I’ll be making trips to Whole Foods for bread . The bread : Berlin Natural Bakery’s Old Fashioned Sourdough Spelt Bread . It runs about $5.00 a loaf…not a cheap little loaf of bread . But right now it is worth it. This bread actually tastes like a whole wheat sourdough. Perfect! …

My son has autism and a list of food sensitivities including but not limited to wheat and milk. My husband is allergic to tree nuts, so we’d been playing it safe and avoiding tree nuts with my son as well.
