my mother is allergic to almost all wheats and nuts,dose any one know any alternitive breads or flours?

Author: Allergies to: (almond, peanut, rye hazelnut, walnut, cotton seed, whitesweet potato, corn, oat, sesame soy, wheat, cashew pecanhops, brazil nut, coconut, pistachio, nutmeg, barley seed) this is very hard to find any thing for my mother to eat. any information will be helpful.
