Help my kitten… is he going to die?

Author: I have a 3 month lod kitten and yesterday I've took him to the vet and she gave him 3 vaccinations and when I took him back he didnt eat dinner he just nibbled his food and I hand fed him some pieces of bread and he just kept sleeping until today and he barley moves he didnt eat a thing today knowing its 3pm what should I do I called the vet today but they were closed plz help me I dont want to lose him
