I don’t eat a super lot. I’m 14 and i wight 198 pounds. i eat no breakfast, a bag of chips. water and a rice crispy treat for lunch for a snack i usually have like water, pop,and bread cookies and a banana ,and diiiner i barley eat anyyytthing . any suggestions on how o loose some srios weight in 2 months?

Have you tried just cutting down on the percentage of gluten in the bread . We have my son on a gluten free diet and he hated the breads. We found one on the shelfs at coles that says it is 85% wheat free . Hence he can tolerate it alot …
